Q: Is there a fee to use your service?

A: No, we do not typically charge a fee. There may be times a fee is charged for a large group or complicated booking. However, you will be notified prior to booking. We are here to serve you and help you to have the vacation of a lifetime.


Q: How long does it take to receive a quote?

A: Typically, it takes about 24 hours once a quote is requested, regardless whether it is submitted through our site or over the phone. Often times they are faster than that, but we cannot guarantee a quote in less than 48 hours. Group bookings and tour packages typically take longer as well.


Q: What types of services do you offer?

A: We offer flight, hotel, rental car, vacation packages, concert tickets, ocean and river cruises, Disney, Universal Studios, Broadway, and much more!


Q: Are there payment plans available?

A: Yes! Most of our travel suppliers offer payment plans. Some are based on credit, however, the majority of them are not. Payments can be made monthly on vacation packages, cruises, and more.


Q: Is my vacation protected with insurance?

A: We always recommend travel insurance and we have several different levels of coverage to meet each clients specific needs.


Q: What locations do you service?

A: We offer travel services worldwide! Although we are not bilingual, we do have text options available should you need to communicate with us in an alternate language.
